I have a vg200 set up using mgcp for an analog fax machine. When the user dials 9 they immediately get a reorder tone. They can call internally without any problems. I have checked the css, and partitions and everything is fine. I hooked up an analog phone and the same thing happens. I checked route patterns and everything looks good. Anyone have any ideas?
Try unchecking "provide outside dial tone" from the route pattern... this causes CM to send out a dial tone when that particular pattern is matched, in the UK it sounds nothing like our dial tone and sounds more line a line fault!
