We have a port on a VG224 that is idle but is giving a fast busy tone. We've reset the DN and port through the UCM console and did a shut/no shut on the voice-port through the VG224 CLI. Neither attempt was successful. I'd rather not reload the VG224. Do I have any options besides a reload?
