VG224 Winfax

Hi,

We are using a Winfax server with our Vg224. For some reason, the VG stops providing dialtone to the port on which the Fax server is connected. The solution is only to restart the VG, all the other ports where normal faxes/modems are connected work fine.

DO we know of any issues with Vg224 and Winfax compatibility?

WinFax server does not work with VG224 or VG248 devices. You can try with 2800 or 7200 devices.
