VG248 Busy

I have two VG248 and about once a week I have to reset the VG because I am receiving a busy tone on all configured ports.

Have you got the latest code? Ive not heard of that one before.

If your on the latest code it could be a hardware fault, I'd log a TAC, you need to get some logs from the box when it fails really.

What is the version of the software you are using on the VG248? I have one VG248 and am using Software version 1.1(1) with CM 3.1 and have had no problems.

I have the same versions, 1.1(1) with CM 3.1.

I think we may have found the problem. We have two VG248 and when the customer rebooted both VG248 at the same time I found a duplicate IP address error in the log. The other device was the other VG248. So I placed a fixed IP address on each of the box and we are waiting to see if the problem happens again.
