Hi everybody
I'm facing some difficulties to connect one VG248 to an Call Manager 3.1(3a).
In the firmware page of the Call Manager doesn't appear any information related to the VG248.
I doubt that this version of Call Manager supports VG248!
I can't see the VG248, but it pings the CM.
VG248
Software version : 1.1(2)
Loader version : 1.0(1)

Call Manager sees the VG248 as VGC Phones. In the configuration of the VG248 under the telephony settings there is a value for CallManager device name (VGC0653d6b2dc). You use this value minus the VGC plus the port number on the VG248 for the mac address of new VGC phones in call manager.
Example
port 30 has a analog phone connected to it
the VG248 CallManager device name is VGC0653d6b2dc
in call manager create a new VGC phone
for the macaddress you would use
0653d6b2dc30

Hi,
The issue on Call Manager, the device name is vgc000653d6b561 and on VG248 the Call Manager name is VGC0653d6b561
The status on the Call Manager Administration is Not found, and no IP address.
But I do can ping the VG248 from the Call Manager.
If I do like to explained to do, the result is the same, no vgc065d6b56130 found, and no ip.
