VG248 MSG waiting indicator not working with Unity VM
We have a VG248 connected to call manager 3.3 and Unity 4.O.. Calls to the VG248 ports connect as expected to Unity, but MSG waiting indicator or stutter does not activate even though programmed in CM. MSG waiting works fine on the IP sets. What am I missing here? Thanks for any suggestions...
