I have a client that wishes to simulcast from their primary broadcast
location, across .8 of a mile of fiber cable, to another location, voice,
video and graphics. Their bandwidth requirements are approximately 100gbps.
They also have a requirement to return broadcast back to the primary
location, so cameras will be situated at both ends.
My question, is what type of converters or other equipment is required to
complete this circuit and what equipment does Cisco have that will satisfy
my client's needs?

I can tell you that a good place to start would be: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/mxsv/. I would also suggest talking to a TAC engineer and have them look at the site.
