ViewMail for Ouloook - Unity Enterprise

ViewMail for Outlook is client software intended to be installed on the workstation of each subscriber. It allows features such as streaming multimedia playback & record, telephone playback & record, and G729 codec support (2.4.6 and up).

If telephone playback is selected, it will ask for server name and extension. The server in this case refers to the Unity, not the Call Manager, so use the name or IP address of the Unity server.

The most common deployment method is to send an email with a link to the share where VMO setup is located, although if anyone has a spiffy way to push it to the desktop with a Group Policy or a 3rd party application, I'd like to hear about it.

It's also a good idea to upgrade the client version of VMO whenever Unity is upgraded.
