Every time a user try to play a message over the phone, he/she most of the time gets back an error message in outlook that says:
Unknown Problems are preventing the completion of the Call.
Rebooting the phone used to fix the problem but not any more. The view mail server and extension are setup.
Any Idea? Thanks...

In the options for ViewMail, what server are you pointing to?

Here's some general tips for TRaP (Telephone Record and Playback) troubleshooting.
Make sure to use the server name or IP address of the Unity server, not the Call Manager.
TRaP is dependant on ports being configured for MM Record on the Ports page of the Unity SA.
TRaP will always pick the LAST (highest numbered) available port enabled for MM Record to avoid collisions.
Make sure the ports which are set for MM Record are defined in the Call Manager, and the Calling Search Space will allow them to dial subscriber extensions.
If you've upgraded Unity/CCM/TSP, it is worthwhile to upgrade the VMO clients as well. You can check VMO version in Outlook under Help->About ViewMail.
Be sure to check out the Unity product forums at http://avforums.isomedia.com for additional info, this question has been asked there before.

Also, make sure you have enough MM record ports enabled in UNITY as well.
