Installed ViewMail on an NT4 workstation running Outlook 2000. Install displayed no unusual comments; accepted all defaults. Everything seemed to work after install. However, the next day user reported error message when trying to open emails- "The file urlmon.dll is not in the specified path, you must reinstall Outlook." After clearing this error comment, Outlook hangs and must be shutdown. Tried reinstalling Outlook to no avail.
Have not encountered this problem with VM running on other NT boxes. The only configuration difference that I can find is that the problem WS has two HDs and Outlook is installed on the D: drive not the default C:.
Also tried to uninstall VM via it's uninstall app, but the program fails halfway thru.
Advice? Insight? Help?
