VM by dialing VM pilot

Hi All,

Can any one tel me how to leave a VM by dialing the VM pilot number?. System prompting press 2 to leave a voice mail after that its prompting to say the user name or admin name and says option to type the name. Can any one tel me the steps to do that.

Hi,

If you are hitting your Opening Greeting, you can change the Message settings to take a mesage after the greeting.  You will need to assign a subscriber as the owner of the greeting to get the messages (basically who do you want to get the messages).  If you are hitting a different CallHandler the process will be the same.
