vm for operator

7777 is the first line for operator, during the daytime the operator answers the calls, after hours, calls are forwarded to night greeting. how can I set up a mailbox for the operator herself?Thanks

I don't understand what you're asking here... presumably your operator has a mailbox, right? Are you asking how to take messages for the operator from the after hours greeting?

No, operator doesn't have mailbox right now because she didn't have her own phone number. All the calls to 7777 are answered by her and forward to employees.During after hours, calls are fowwarded to after hour greeting and message are left in a general mailbox which is a phantom extension. Can I assign 7777 as her mailbox so that during day time if she is attending a meeting, callers can hear her own greeting instead of opening greeting?
