I am having a problem with voice-mails being cut off. This is a CCM 3.0(11), Unity 126.96.36.199 with TSP 188.8.131.52. I have the timer set in Unity for 180 seconds, even tried extending with no luck. After about 30-35 seconds the call is disconnected. I am thinking that the problems lies in CallManager with a timer setting or something, but am having no luck locating the solution.<br><br>Thanks.<br><br>
It's probably not a CCM timer. CCM has no idea that there is message recording happening. When this happens, is there actually a message recorded? When this happens, is the caller prompted, or just hung up on? Does this happen on both internal and external callers?
