VM Port hang up

After upgrading to CCM 3.1(3a) and TSP 6.0(1), my Unity 2.4.(6.135) will no longer answer pick up voice mail requests. After a user hits the messages button, the VM port picks up, waits about a second, and disconnects the call. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? <br>Thanks<br>John<br><br>

It's a bug in the TSP. The workaround is to make sure the volume setting on the 'Conversation' page for each affected Unity Subscriber is set to the default level (Medium).
