We've licensed 35 VMI seats for our client. Under licensing, we show that there are 35 seats listed as Cisco Unity Inbox Subscribers. Whenever I go to <ip address>/web/ciscopca or <ip address>/web/vmi, I get page not found. I looked in the IIS manager and a folder structure does not exist for "ciscopca" or "vmi". Any suggestions?
