VMO &Citrix

Is View Mail for Outlook able to operate in a Citrix or Terminal Server enviroment?<br><br>

Currently we don't support VMO on a terminal server environment.

we ran into some weird issues dealing with how custom forms were handled and some TRAP (telephone record and playback) options on a per user basis were stored when we ran through this a while back.

It's probably doable, it'll just take some work to iron it out. Currently this isn't on the development plate, however. I'd reccomend sending a request to "features@ActiveVoice.com" and ping the marketing guys to get this on the work list.

View Mail for Outlook is doable. We got everything working except for listening to voice mail. As it turns out, our sound card had a conflict. Removed that and we have no problems. The thing you need to keep in mind is that the sound card HAS to be Sound Blaster 16 compatible (see citrix site below).

Cool...

were you able to get TRAP to work in that set up or did you just stick with the sound card/mic for message playback/record?
