VMO play back speed Problem

I am having problem with VMO users not able to adjust the speed of message playback through their sound cards. This function is grayed out .

When i select the playback device to be Sound card the playback speed bar is grayed out. Any suggestions...........

Which sound card/driver are you using? The media master control queries the sound driver to see if it supports speed control I believe and if it's not supported that function will be disabled.

also, which version of the VMO form are you using?
