VMO Plugin Play Back to Speakers

I am running Unity 4.0 with Exchange 2000, I've got around 68 users running Windows XP with Office XP on identical IBM workstations. I have the VMO Plugin installed on all of the workstations. I have one user who is reporting that playback through the PC is not working. Playback through the phone IS working. I can play audio files on here PC so there is no trouble with the speakers/sound card. I have removed and re-installed the VMO plugin, I have logged into her computer as the Domain administrator and tried to play a voicemail through the speakers and that didn't work, so I don't think its a permissions issue. When I hit the play buttion, it changes to 'pause' for a breif instant, then back into a 'play' the status bar never moves, and no audio is played. Anybody run into this?
