VoFR over Telco Link with same PVC

I have the follow cliente design:

PVC1(dlci=16)-----[Telco Cloud Frame Relay]-----PVC2(dlci=16)

There are several sites linked to the cloud FR. The Telco has provided IP address for the routers interface serial, and the DLCI.

The problem is that all DLCIs are the same number. To data traffic it's ok, but I need configure VoFR from PVC1 to PVC2, but they are equal, so the 'session target SerialX [dlci]' can't send the voice packet to the other PVC.

I can't configure VoIP because the hardware limitation from the routers (MC3810).

someone have any idea?

use VoIPoFR. Tipo assim , vc usaria somente o Frame Relay Forum 12, ai vc poderia pular de um pvc para outro pq o vinculo seria o endereço ip.
