I am an end user remote to our company with a softphone, I have a 2wire950 router for internet (ATT service provider). Every 3-4 months my sound starts to fail sometimes inbound, sometimes outbound, then both (becomes very very faint). We have reloaded the soft phone several times, gone though tuning wizard (everything set to loudest level) and it doesn't help. It will get better but still very hard to hear incoming calls with volume set to max. Please help solve my issue. I'm using a plantronics DA-45 headset. We can't figure out what keeps happening.
