Voice Call Authorization

Hello,

I want to perform voice call authorization on Cisco voice gateway (based on Cisco 2811). But I found that it is not so simple as accounting and it needs TCL IVR Script.

Does cisco.com contain any guide to implement voice call authorization? All my tries to find it have no success.
