Voice Calls are to silent on the PSTN

Hi,

I´m having a problem with my calls going to the PSTN.

Our curtomers complain that the sound level is very low and they can´t hear us properly.

We are using CM 3.0(11), 3640 with E1 (NM-HDV1E1-30).

The IOS is 12.2.2T ( we also have tested a few other)

voice-port 1/0:15

translate called 1

output attenuation 12

echo-cancel coverage 24

no vad

cptone AT

description Voice E1 Line

The problem could be that the output attenuation 12 doesn´t have any effects - no changes if we change the dB value.

Has someone a solution for that ?
