Voice compatibility problem with 12.0T IOS

We were successful in running VoIP between 3640s with 12.0(4)T IOS in each one with E&Ms in it untill one of the router got replaced with 1750-2v with 12.0(5)XQ1. Now the problem is all other traffic is restored properly except voice.Can anyone suggest me what must be the problem as both the routers show calls being genereted and routed also in the command SH CALL ACTIVE VOICE BRIEF output., but no voice traverses through?.

I would suggest opening a case with Cisco on this so they can look over your configs and check for issues with 12.0(5)XQ1. I noticed that the code is no longer posted on CCO.
