Any idea if there is such a thing as caller id for a 7940 or 7960 that will speak the digits or name of the incoming caller?
I know this is kind of off the wall but I have to beleive it is out there somewhere. I just can't find it.

As far as I know, there is no such thing. I presume, this would be a quiet interesting feature though! Any one aware of any such applications supporting this?

Just got the answer the other day and hadn't had to to change the post.
There is no VoIP talking caller id but you can get an ATA188 and plug in a talking caller id device from a 3rd party. You could plug it into a stanard FXS port on your router.
