voice level low on voip

Setup:

PBX(A)--E&M--3640(A)---128K---3640(B)--E&M--PBX(B)

Note: only running voice NO DATA.

Problem:

Voice level from B to A is low but voice level

from A to B is ok.

Question:

What could be causing this and what are the possible

Re: voice level low on voip

On the voice ports on 3640(B) try to configure input gain 3 and you may need to adjust that number to be higher. After you change it each time you will need to do another test call as it will not affect active calls.
