voice mail can not work properly after tested call handler

i am not sure how is call handler working. I created a profile under call handler, then i went to a subscriber to associate the greeting to this call handler. As a result, when i dial the extension via the unity hunt group, instead of hearing the call handler profile greeting and allow me to leave a voice mail, unity tells me that " sorry, Test A is busy or is not answer, i am sorry i could not recognise that's a valid entry ". Even after i had removed the call handler greeting. The outcome is still the same.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what's happening here... I don't know what you mean by "I went to a subscriber to associate the greeting to this call handler". I'm also not sure what you're dilaing and what you expect/want to happen here.
