Voice Mail not retrievable through the phone

A user sent the following to me:<br><br>At approximately 9:40 am today (10/10) I received a phone call while I was out of my office. The red message light was on, but no message was actually given when I checked my voicemail box. The caller said he definitely left a message and now here's the strange part: the email that I got from the messaging system DID conatin the phone message; I just had to listen to it over the computer rather than the phone.<br><br><br>It seems that Unity lost its pointer to this voice mail.<br><br>Any Ideas?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Vince<br><br>

Similar behavior has been seen when people have Rules set up in Outlook to move the message to a folder other than the inbox, preview pane marks the message as read, or if the Exchange Server clock isn't synchronized with Unity's clock.

Are you able to duplicate this problem?
