I just got Unity installed last night. I am unable to dial any of the Voicemail Ports. I have a question, when viewing the ports with Status Monitor, all 12 ports are there and at idle but the question is, is there supposed to be an extension number in the Extension field, because there is no extension with those ports. And if so how do you put them in?<br><br>
Just for the record, no they don't need an extension on the SA page. For those reeeeeeaaaaalllly interested the TSP knows it's extension from a skinny request/reply to CCM, however, this does not bubble up to the SA.
