Voice Mail Ports testing

Hi,<br>CCM 3.1.3a, TSP 3.0.1.32, Unity 3.0.2, E2k 6.0 (build 4417.6) SP2. The system is working properly (at least it seems so). I test the Voice Mail ports (Control Panel>Modems & Settings>Advanced>AvCisco TSP>Test button and after finishing scanning the system returns the Answer: "No wave devices were found on the system. The wave driver is either not installed correctly or the computer needs to be rebooted to update its configuration." I rebooted the system with the same result. The TSP test is not supported with Terminal Services. Are you using Terminal Services?
