Voice Mail set to go to folder other than the inbox

A customer set up outlook to have the Voice Mail go to a folder call Voice Mail. Of course the MWI does not light. Once I had her move the voice mail back to the inbox everthing works fine. I just wondered if there is a way setup Unity for this on a user by user perspective.

No, we can't parse through all the folders (assuming they are server side folders in the first place which usually is not the case) - it'd take way too long and we can't get update notification on stuff getting moved/read in folders - we can only get pinged when the inbox state changes.
