Voice message in public folder

Hi Jeff,<br>I have got a mailbox . I have got some call handler that point to this mailbox. When a message is left on this mailbox I want the left voice message to be placed in a public folder as well. Sure... you can do this.

The easiest way to pull this off is to create a public distribution list, add the public folder as a recipient and then use that public DL as a message recipient.

You'll only be able to add the public folder to the PDL if you unhide it from the address book in the Exchange administrator (they're all hidden from the address book by default). Once you get it in the PDL, however, you can go ahead and hide it again if you want.
