i have Call manager 4.1(3), is there any feature in this version that provide voice messaging capability,because i don't have voice messaging server or Cisco Unity

No, sorry for this, but CCM is only for managing calls it is note meant to be for Voice Messaging. =(

If your user count is small, < 120 users, you may use a NM-CUE or AIM CUE (50 users) which is a lot cheaper than buying unity. You will need to install the module in a router.
