I have a customer that needs to have telecommuters using IP phones at home with a desktop call center application. Have any of you implemented Cisco ISDN routers for this requirement? Is this possible and recommended?
No DSL or Cable modems with VPN connection responses please.
Thanks,
Patrick

I have done this before. It was a nightmare but I got it done. How are the telecommuters connecting back? Are you going to run a VPN over the ISDN? It is possible but I don't know about recommended. Depends alot on exactly what you are trying to accomplish IMHO. Give some more info on the setup please.

It is possible to do this with some of the newer IOS features. Have a look here for more details of the challenges in making it work and the suggestions -
