I have two DS-1 circuits configured into a ppp multilink group. Can I implement VOIP on these links? If so,
what is the recommended QOS method to use?

yes, it depends on the bandwidth and traffic pattern. Normally you would need prioritize voice traffic to reduce delay and jitter.
