Required Info : Which Routers to use at each office ?

The idea should be to capitalize upon the investment you've already made in whatever Cisco gear you are currently using.
Are you currently using any of Cisco's voice-capable equipment such as 2600 or 3600 routers, 4000 or 6000 switches? Also, list the types of WAN links you have between the various offices. A network diagram of the existing network would be very helpful, particularly if it shows the number of users on the various parts of the network.

It is the configuration of ROCAMPO equipment well, which you must also analyze is the traffic of calls between the branches and the headquarters, since you will have to take care of at least 50% of the incoming calls. This is, if you place 2E&M in each branch you will have to place 4E&M in the headquarters.
On the other hand, you will have to decide how much BW you want to dedicate to him to VoIP to select de CODEC.
Here I pass a sample to you of configuration for the E&M
!--- Setting for ports E&M ---
voice-port 1/0/0
type 5
signal immediate
cptone AR (his is Argentine, but US is the Default)
voice-port 1/0/1
type 5
signal immediate
cptone AR (his is Argentine, but US is the Default)
!--- Setting for LOCAL Dial-peers ---
dial-peer voice 100 pots
destination-pattern 211....
port 1/0/0
!
dial-peer voice 101 pots
destination-pattern 211....
port 1/0/1
!--- Setting for REMOTE Dial-peers ---
dial-peer voice 1000 voip
destination-pattern 000....
codec g723r53 bytes 220
session target ipv4:192.168.1.10
!
dial-peer voice 1210 voip
destination-pattern 210....
codec g723r53 bytes 220
session target ipv4:192.168.1.15
!--- Define Loopback Interface ---
interface Loopback2235
ip address 192.168.1.20 255.255.255.252
no ip directed-broadcast
I use the CODEC G723r53 that consumes only 5.3Kbps of BW (9Kbps Total) and a Loopback Interface for VoIP.
I hope that this helps a little you.
