Having choppy voice quality from the PSTN terminating on a VG200 gateway(12.1(5)XM4) running MGCP, call manager 3.0(11), Catalyst 3524-pwr switch this is all on the LAN nothing going over the WAN. A call comes in from the PSTN into the VG-200 and handled by the Call manager and sent to the 7960 IP phone (load P003D310)and the user is complainig of Choppy voice quality. This VG200 has been running for about 3 weeks and I have just started getting complaints this week. To my knowledge nothing has changed on the LAN 1 3524 switch with about 14 people and most of the switch filled. ?? any ideas, I haven't worked with to many MGCP gateways (mostly H323)
