We have a ip telephony setup running with ccm 4.1(3). Calls made to/from one of the branch is have voice quality issue. it comes quite often. whenever there is a voice quality issue the Rx loss parameter in the ip phone is increasing rapidly. Appropriate voice bandwidth has been allocated in the qos configuration. During the issue the link utlizaiton is at its peak.
