voice quality of vop using hdlc

can anyone help me for setting the voice quality of vop using hdlc where i use cisco 3600 and cisco 2600.

or can anyone give me the link in cisco website.

If your link is less than a full T1, you should be running PPP encapsulation rather than HDLC. This will allow you to use fragmentation, and RTP header compression if needed.
