I need to be able to record both inbound and outbound conversations as well as conferences/meetings on an enterprise Cisco IPTelephony environment. Can anyone advise on the best cisco-approved and ccm4.1(3)-compatible solution available out there? I have tried one or 2 but not satisfied with the performance. I need a reliable, feature-rich and user-friendly solution.
Check out the liine of products from Cistera. I have deployed their QuickRecord, which has a lot of "call center" like features and is the cleanest "push-button" or "on-demand" solution I've seen for the price. Don't take my word for it.....Here, get it from the "horse's mouth" so to speak HA! HA!
