Voice Traffic Between Two Remote ISP's

I would like some information/ideas about how to impliment the routing of voice calls over a leased line or wireless connection between to POP's. I would like to provide long distance service from the PSTN at one end to the PSTN at the other end and, originate calls from H.323 VoIP devices throughout our network and have them routed to the appropriate POP. Eventually I would like to provide a calling card service. Basically, a very small long distance company.

let me know what kind of routers do you have, what kind of connectivity to local PSTN on both ends. Is it analog or digital conenction ? How many minutes do you want to send from one end to another?

what is the benadwidth on your leased line ?
