What is translation rule that config in voice gateway router? Is that same translation pattern in CCM ?

And Do you have experience about E1 config? Can I use translation rule or translation pattern in CUE for DID function with E1?

Certainly, the translation-profile can be applied at level of voice-port, incoming or outgoing DP.

It depends on you ccm configuration.
If you want use h323 you can do it on router with translation rule or on ccm with translation pattern. If you want to use MGCP for E1 you can do it only on CCM with translation pattern.
