Please see the above url case 3 :

I have a job involves ,2 7206 vxr are conneted via E1 and pabx on both ends,using the voip access now.

but the customer wishes to connect FE0 form 7206 to 1751v routers and connect to FXO -

OTHER END IS FXS.

COULD THIS WORK ?

Hello -

The analog signalling is not end-to-end, so as long as you have an FXS device connected to the 1751 router's FXO port, this shouldn't be a problem. Keep in mind there are issues with answer supervision and supervisory disconnect with FXO ports, search CCO for more information on how to address those.
