VoIP and E1 CAS3Bit Problem

Dear friends,

I have a problem in implementing a VoIP project, we have many E1 lines with CAS-3Bits signaling.

I want to find out how can I convert it to E1 CAS-R2 to connect it with my 3662 Access Routers or how can I do this with my AS-5300 VoIP gateway.

Is there any converter, signaling card or modules...?
