VoIP and telephone bill

hello, how about my phone bill when i implement VoIP to our network. Did the calls made will be transparent to our telco.

If you place a phone call over the IP network, then everything pertaining to that call is just IP packets, not a phone call.

Very well then. Are there any third party apps for CM billing at say the same level as a telco?
