I am trying to create VoIP design guide for our pre-sales engineers.
Our company provide WAN services. Our Pre-Sales Engineers need design recommendations in regards designing VoIP over WAN.
So I decided to bring together in design guide information about VoIP variables.
Also I am planning to define the possible values for those variables so that will help in the VoIP design process.
I have got the IPVC design Guide (by Allan Glowatsky) and full library of AVVID design guides (Designing QoS in networks, Designing IP Telephony, - I believe these are complex for our Pre-Sales Engineers) and I was wondering if there is VoIP design guide already exist so I will not re-invent the wheel.
If anyone has any information about VoIP design guide, PLEASE point me to the link.
