I need to know some details about VOIP deployment guidelines in India for corporates who have deployed Cisco unified comm. setup and allow work from home (CIPC via VPN), does any regulatory guidelines restrict a user from using CUG and PSTN calling while connected over VPN ? also need to know how other organizations in India are utilizing CIPC to promote WFH, how do they acheive it by following which TRAI rule book edition (or chapter), or any exception obtained from authority by paying some fees ? I know CISCO India uses it.
