I am installing a voip monitor server for monitoring and recording agents. The server will be located in a different building then the main icd server. Is it possible for the agents in the same building as the main icd server to use the main icd server as a voip monitor - and for agents in the same building as the voip monitor to use the voip monitor server.
In admin desktop it is possible to point agents to a default voip monitor, but can we point different agents to different servers?

Hi,
IPCC Express 3.0 only supports 1 VoIP server which can be installed on same server as CRS or on a separate server. There is no configuration needed in Desktop Administrator.
IPCC Express 3.1 supports multiple VoIP Servers. It currently supports upto 5 monitoring servers, which can point to one recording server. It has additional configuration page in Desktop Administrator to assign Monitored Devices to a specific VoIP server.
