VoIP Monitor Server for IPCC Express 3.1

I am installing a voip monitor server for monitoring and recording agents. The server will be located in a different building then the main icd server. Is it possible for the agents in the same building as the main icd server to use the main icd server as a voip monitor - and for agents in the same building as the voip monitor to use the voip monitor server.

In admin desktop it is possible to point agents to a default voip monitor, but can we point different agents to different servers?

Thx

Hi,

IPCC Express 3.0 only supports 1 VoIP server which can be installed on same server as CRS or on a separate server. There is no configuration needed in Desktop Administrator.

IPCC Express 3.1 supports multiple VoIP Servers. It currently supports upto 5 monitoring servers, which can point to one recording server. It has additional configuration page in Desktop Administrator to assign Monitored Devices to a specific VoIP server.

Take a look at below URL for more details

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/apps_3_1/english/admn_app/adguide.pdf

The following links for setting up VoIP monitoring/recording should help:
