VoIP Monitor with Remote Agents

I have a central location where CallMgr, IPCC, and all my incoming call gateways will be. The agents will be distributed amongst 38 locations where each is connected via frame-relay.

I understand that I should be able to SPAN the gateway's ingress and egress packets to IPCC express in order to get the monitor/recording to work.

Is this sufficient to get all the monitoring and recording features to work? Or, will some things be lost?

I suspect that the problem is with the DNS name to IP address conversion. Did you try with the IP address in the Url instead of the DNS. For some best practices on Voip Monitor:
