VOIP Monitoring Solutions

what are the offers for this?. some very graphical information, charts etc. im familiar with ITEM and its cool but im looking for something that gives great ability to perform proactive maintenance and nice customised reports to upper management etc.

We use ITEM with Concorde eHealth for reporting.

You can tailor reports with view graphs for upper mgmt.

I have also heard good things about NetIQ

you can look at NetIQ appManager.

this solution is available from http://netiq.com.

an excellent tool that provides the following abilities: monitor all VoIP traffic, monitor QoS, create custom reports, warehouse CDRs, create charts & graphs for all data types collected, network/server/host analysis, ICM, IVR, Unity, Windows, SQL....(much more...)

installed ITEM at a customer site but they never took to it. probably culture related.

will check out your recommendations.

have a demo with a company called nimsoft offering an application called Nimbus designed to work with ccm
