VOIP on ISDN port.

There is anybody that knows information about this connection?

We are using Cisco2600 with NM2V and VIC-2b-NT/TE configured as NT.

On port S/T-0 there is connected an ISDN adapter (EICON DIVA-USB), making call from RVS-COM telephone module, it works just making call 3 digits format.

If we make call at any pubblic network standard numbering, such like 854550011 the call is cleared for "invalid number format".

IOS version is ip-plus version 12.2.4(T);

Next there is configuration:

And here the error at ISDN q931 trace:

Do you know any solution to solve this problem?

Re: VOIP on ISDN port.

Check the prefix command. I suspect only the dial plan. Can you please check removing the prefix and dialing the whole number i.e, 008.....

It would be great if you can post the topology as well

Re: VOIP on ISDN port.

i did, making the whole number it does the same result.

The topology is This:

There is:

PC running RVS-COM telephone application running on PC W2K ;

PC has DIVA-USB ISDN adapter connected on USB port.

Cisco 2600 has NM2V with 1 VIC2FXO (port 1/0/0 and 1/0/1) and VIC-2BRI-NT-TE (port 1/1/0 and 1/1/1 this has in Disable mode just because there isn't DSP available)

PABX connected on PSTN via E1 connection and FXS port for internal telephone connections.

PC Diva ISDN port is connected on CISCO 2600 ISDN-NT port 1/1/0.

PABX internal port is connected to Cisco 2600 1/0/0 FXO port.

To get pabx esternal line from any internal telephone there must type 0.

Regards.
